Haunted Magical Item Rumors...Real or Fake?

Greetings!

I am writing this guide as an introduction for those beginning to
purchase paranormal or magical items and are getting caught up in some
silly rumors. I have received so many e-mails with questions regarding
items for sale on okay asking if these rumors hold true.

I want to now clear these rumors of sellers and their items.

Rumor #1: If they claim their item was passed down from a great so'n'so relative then they are lieing...everyone claims that.

Fact: Just like those born into Jewish, Baptist, or Catholic families,
those born into families of witches carry with them the ideas, beliefs,
and traditions of their family. Witchcraft is something that was a very
real thing of the past and still continues to be such to this very day.
Items, mostly jewelry, are often blessed with many types of spells. The
possibilities are limitless. And when these items get left behind when
the elder passes - who do you think receives them? That's right: family.

Rumor #2: If they have a legal disclaimer at the bottom of their auction then it is a fake item.

Fact: The legal disclaimer is something that is a requirement by law
since science has not yet been able to prove or disprove metaphysical
items and services.

Rumor #3: If the item really does what they claim - they would not get rid of it.

Fact: A good example of this would be of my own life. It was my great
grandmother Gemma who passed down most of my collection to me. I was
given many pieces that are mine to never give away but the rest are to
be given to their proper homes. She wanted to make sure her
blessings continued to help people even in her death. Also, through
family connections, I have gee to meet a lot of interesting and gifted
individuals that also have shared with me their gifts and talents.

Rumor #4: If the auction has the bidder ID's as "private" then they are frauds or are shill bidding.

Fact: Wrong, wrong, wrong. There are two main reasons I list the bidder
ID's of my metaphysical auctions as private. For one, there are other
sellers out there that will spam mail bidders in hopes to receive their
business. This is against okay policy and who in the world wants
all that junk mail? Second, as a seller (and I know I speak for other
sellers as well) I receive several harassing e-mails monthly containing
rude and uneducated gements. These jerks spend their time
searching out magical or haunted items just so they can make stupid
gements or jokes. They apparently have nothing else better to do
with their day. While it does not bother me - I just turn them into
okay
