I'm hospitalized away from home. My son is taking care of filling orders in my absence. Had a customer place an order and requested USPS priority. He, instead filled the order the next day (we offer same or next day handling) but shipped it out UPS gnd. She received her merch and left neg FB with no warning. I contacted ebay regarding it but that was a complete waste of time. They will do nothing. I have not left her FB, but have responded on my FB with an explanation. Any ideas? Dave
