I think all sellers should stop leaving feedback to all buyers untill ebay changes their policy back to the way it used to be...Example; Where a seller could rate the performance of say a dead-beat bidder or a con-artist who gets his Paypal payment reversed because the item is not as described and then the buyer sends you back and empty box. I feel right now that ebay is playing into the hands of all the sharp con-artist out there and ebay is not addressing this situation at all. What is your opinion on this topic.
