I'm starting to notice a lot of sellers with this Top Rated Seller logo in the feedback section of the auction page. At first I thought it was for sellers with 100% DSR but today I saw one with a DSR equivilent to mine. Just wondering how eBay deals these out? I have never seen anything about them but am seeing them more and more lately. I guess I don't buy much so maybe they have been around awhile and I just didn't see them.
