Dumb feedback system -- shipping

I don't know why I waste my time posting here. It won't do any good, but I can let off steam. Not important, but I looked carefully at the four feedback questions a buyer has to answer when giving feedback. Shows how self-serving and miserable eBay is. One very important question that should be in the feedback questionnaire --but isn't, of course-- would be "how safe/well-cushioned was the item packed?" Something a buyer would really care about. Instead eBay includes this dumb/unnecessary question: "How reasonable were the shipping and handling charges?" The question is important to eBay because they don't make a final value fee on shipping charges, so they want to scare the seller and keep shipping charges down. The BUYER could hardly care about this shipping-charge RATING of the seller. Why? Because he can see with his own eyes what the shipping charges are for the auction at hand. He doesn't need a past historical average rating.
