i won an item i was fishy about it at first now i am real fishy about it he wants me to give in good feed back before he can send the item this is what he told me There seems to be a problem with the way Paypal and out systems works. In order for Paypal to state that you have paid, you must leave positive feedback so the funds get released. You can retract the feedback if you are not happy with your product but we can?t ship until the funds have been released to us. Thank you for your understanding on this situation. i know this is not normal and i like to know what to do?
