everyone needs to help each other when it comes to bad buyers or sellers.if we all would warn each other about bad buyer then we could take action before are auction ends.i my self have started placing buy it now only and must pay right away on alot of my auctions.it has helpped avoid alot of trouble.its to bad for alot of good buyers.but seeing how ebay will not allow us to give bad feedback on bad buyers is a joke.i have cut down alot on the number of auction and sells i run .i have found other places to sell .i wish ebay would make it fair to the sellers and allow us to place the true feedback for a buyer.i look threw alot of auctions and if i see a buyer i have had probs with before on ebay i will send a message to the seller letting them know if they dont act on it then they get what they ask for.i always look into it before i take action.everyone who has been on ebay for years knows how down hill it has gone and its a shame.so lets all watch over each other and warn others about a bad bidder untill ebay makes is safer for all sellers and buyers
