Can anyone tell me what to do when a seller says you can return an item then never gives you the money back? I tried a dispute through paypal but she would not confirm that she received the item. I have the emails that say that she DID receive the item and that she would refund my money. I am out $142.50. Do not buy anything from Erica Chairs, aka joysboutique.
