UNFAIR NEGITIVE FEEDBACK

I recently sold a very expensive childrens gown for very little money but charged half of what the shipping was. So I kindly asked the buyer if they would reimburse me. We are new to ebay so anyway maybe we should not have asked. After not hearing from them. I simply asked for feeback (not money) and they gave a negitive feedback and said aI asked for money and nagged them for feedback. This was not true I only asked once. How do EBayers deel with this. Very unfair.
