I've bought a item from a first time seller.after about a week he informs me that he would not be sending to me 'cause he did not make enough money..I've recieved a refund.. I still would like to give this guy a negitive feedback, but I think he would do the same out of spite..how can I give a feedback without him trying to get even sort of speek...thanx for any help...scott
