UNFAIR FEEDBACK FROM EBAY ONCE AGAIN

JUST RECEIVED A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FROM BUYER SEVEN WEEKS AFTER SALE WITH TO EMAILS, NO COMMUNICATION. THIS IS GETTING INSANE. IF EBAY WILL NOT REVERSE THIS FOOLISH POLICY OF NO NEGATIVES FOR BUYER, THE LEAST THEY CAN DO IS REQUIRE THE BUYER TO FIRST BE IN TOUCH WITH THE SELLER THROUGH DOCUMENTED EMAIL TO TRY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. NOT ALL SELLERS ARE BAD AND NOT ALL BUYERS ARE GOOD.
